The service
These terms govern the purchase of the Business Automation Audit, a professional consulting engagement offered by Cobus van Vuuren, trading as RhinoBerry (Pty) Ltd, a South African company.
The Business Automation Audit consists of a 90-minute intake session, a 5-day analysis period, a written report of findings and recommendations, and a 30-minute review call. All services are delivered in English and priced in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment
Payment is processed via Paystack, a South African payment gateway. The audit fee is a one-time payment in ZAR. Payment confirms your booking and initiates the engagement.
Current pricing:
- Early Adopter rate: R5,497 (limited spots per month)
- Standard price: R15,000
The guarantee
If the audit does not identify at least R50,000 in annual savings opportunities specific to your business, you are entitled to a full refund. To claim the guarantee, contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your written report.
Refunds under the guarantee will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Scheduling and delivery
The intake session must be scheduled within 30 days of payment. The written report is delivered within 5 business days of the completed intake session. The review call is scheduled after report delivery.
Limitation of liability
The Business Automation Audit produces recommendations based on information provided during the intake. Findings are professional recommendations, not guarantees of implementation outcome or financial result. Implementation of recommendations is the client's responsibility. RhinoBerry (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from the client's implementation or non-implementation of recommendations.
RhinoBerry's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the audit.
Intellectual property
The written report and all recommendations produced as part of the audit are delivered to the client for their own use. The underlying methodology, frameworks, and diagnostic systems remain the intellectual property of Cobus van Vuuren / RhinoBerry (Pty) Ltd.
Confidentiality
Information you share during the intake process is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by South African law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
